Residential Construction & Deck Building in Barnegat Light, NJ

Triple 3 Construction LLC builds and renovates residential homes in Barnegat Light, New Jersey, on the northern end of Long Beach Island. Deck reconstruction, exterior carpentry, framing, siding, windows and doors, additions and renovations are all handled under one contract with direct communication from start to finish.

Barnegat Light homes sit directly on the ocean and bay, so exterior work has to account for wind-driven rain, salt air and the raised elevations common on the island. Deck framing, railings and exterior details are built to suit the height and exposure of each house, and window and door openings are tied into siding and trim work as a single scope rather than patched in later.
